Account Registration & Security
Each user may hold only one active account on the 348 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all related accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are fully responsible for the security of their passwords and login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, is your responsibility. We recommend using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication if available, and not sharing login details with others.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 348 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any attempts to exploit, hack, manipulate, or disrupt platform systems are strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the 348 platform:
- Using automated software or scripts to interact with the platform without written permission from management.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information related to the 348 platform or any third party.
- Attempting to transfer account balances by unauthorized methods or violating the platform’s payment policies.
- Using someone else’s account or impersonating another user in any manner.
- Engaging in any activities that violate Malaysian laws related to online betting and entertainment.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances related to such violations, and/or referral to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 348 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods supported by the platform, including local online banking and approved e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment methods used belong to them and are not third-party accounts.Deposit processing times are typically instant to a few minutes depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawal processing may take one to three business days. 348 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals, especially for amounts exceeding certain thresholds, to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering policies.
Any transaction errors must be reported to the 348 support team within 48 hours of the transaction. 348 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party bank system disruptions or telecom network issues.

The 348 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's completeness, accuracy, or availability. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission from 348 management.
Account Suspension & Closure
348 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time upon reasonable evidence or suspicion of breach of these terms. In confirmed cases of fraud, any account balances involved may be confiscated. Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting 348 support via the platform’s official email.
Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
348 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. We have no control over those sites’ content and accept no responsibility for them. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any unresolved disputes will be referred to appropriate dispute resolution bodies within the relevant jurisdiction.
